I can't find my device in the Exploratory?
- Check your Wi-Fi network is working.
- Repeat the set up instructions for your device.
- REMEMBER your device will not appear in the Exploratory until the first data point has been uploaded. This between devices but allow up to 15 minutes.
- Contact our team if you are still unable to find your device in the Exploratory.
Can I connect my devices through a captive portal logon? (Browser based logon)
No, however we offer a solution to create a dedicated Wi-Fi network for your IoT devices using a 3G/4G compatible system. Click here for more information.
