Introduction
The IoT weather station requires maintenance tasks to be completed either monthly or annually. These tasks help your weather station to function correctly on a short term basis and improve the long term life expectancy.
Monthly Maintenance Tasks
These tasks should be completed once per month.
Clear the rain bucket of any debris, insects or other wildlife.
Clean the outside of the external component of the weather station.
Clean the solar panel using a damp microfibre cloth. (3G Weather Station Only)
Annual Maintenance Tasks
These tasks should be completed once per year.
Replace the AA batteries in the external component of the weather station. See the set up guide for how to do this.
