Exploratory Pro subscription delivers full access to the range of features, tools and resources available in the IoT Exploratory. Have in depth access the ever growing ecosystem of IoT devices and analytical tools on offer in the Exploratory tool and bring to life the environment around you through data visualisations.

Users

One of the key distinguishable differences between each Exploratory pro package is the number of concurrent users allowed to use the tools at any one time. The 3 pro options are tailored to suit multiple user requirements for different settings. For example an individual may only require single concurrent access, whereas a classroom or school will most likely require multiple users to access the tolls and resources at any one time.

Exploratory Tool Tutorial

The Exploratory tool is the power behind the IoT Exploratory. It is the location of the data for the entire IoT device ecosystem, and where the data can be visualised and analysed.

It is advised new users should utilise the Exploratory Tool tutorial. Here, users are introduced to the data set building and analytical tools available within the pro version of the Exploratory tool.

This walk through style tutorial is the ideal starting place for any user whether that be  a teacher, home user , or academic.

User Account Type

When any of the 3 Exploratory Pro subscriptions are purchased the user will create an admin account for managing subscriptions, IoT devices, and password resets. If an Exploratory Pro Multi or Exploratory Pro Organisation package is purchased the user will be provided with an additional user account within 5 working days of purchase. This additional user account will contain enable multiple concurrent users to access the Exploratory Pro features.

For a multi package purchase, an additional user account allowing 10 concurrent users will be provided.

For an organisation package purchase, an additional user account allowing unlimited concurrent users will be provided.

Exploratory Pro Support

As well as full access to all the features, tools and resources the Exploratory has to offer, each Exploratory Pro package includes customer support.

Support provided can be answering usability questions, assisting with set up of IoT devices, feature and/or tools explanations. Unfortunately we are not able to provide support for issues relating to user’s Wi-Fi networks or signal weakness. We can assist initially to identify the problem however, if the issue is determined to be relating to the user’s Wi-Fi network we will not be able to take the issue further. The user will have to source assistance from their IT department or network provider.

We offer 2 types of support, email support tickets and phone support. The Exploratory Pro packages offer different support types.

Email support ticket support we expect to respond within 2 working days from initial contact.

Phone support is available 9.00 – 16:00 UK time, Monday to Friday.
